The Del Norte County Historical Society's Museum at 6th and H
Street in Crescent City will be open for tours this Saturday, October 12th
from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. during the Sea Cruise Car Show. All
participants in Sea Cruise will receive a 10 percent discount on all items
in the Museum's Gift Shop. Those who are not entered in the car show can
still receive the discount by becoming a member of the Society. This will
be your last opportunity to see the historic St. George Reef Lighthouse
Fresnel lens, the artifacts recovered from the Brother Jonathan, and other
interesting museum displays until it re-opens next May. Admission is $2.00
per adult, but it is free to members of the Society. Information about the
Museum and Society is available by calling 464-3922 Wednesdays and
Thursdays.

Visitor Center/Lake Earl Wildlife Office at the end of Old Mill Road
