Please leave our Vacation Home clean and ready for the next tenant, in the same
condition it was in when you rented it.
We realize that you are on
vacation and your time is limited, but so is ours, so if you feel you do
not want to do any of the following items let us know at least 1 day before you
leave so we can budget our time accordingly. We will complete any items that you
do not have time to for a reasonable fee ($15.00/hour).
The
following list is intended as a check out list for your convenience and is
optional as we will complete whatever you do not want to.
Remember to check all dressers and closets for any items you may have forgotten.
Leave the keys on the kitchen table and just pull the door closed, be sure it
latches.

In order to receive your full cleaning and security deposit refund we would like
you to do the following items this list only applies to what you have used or
the parts of our home you have occupied.

We will complete the following items for a fixed fee of $45.00/4 or less or $60/for 5 or 6 occupants.
1. The Kitchen - We will clean and mop the floor.
2. Bedroom - We will strip the beds, wash the sheets and make the beds.
3. Bathrooms - We will clean.

We would like you
to:
1. The kitchen:
* We would like all the appliances (which you used) clean and
ready to use which includes: coffee maker – leave open, microwave – clean the
turntable and the inside and leave the door open, toaster – shake out the
crumbs, oven - reline the bottom if necessary, refrigerator – clean the
shelves, please be sure the dishes and utensils are clean, dry and put away
where they were).
* Please cover all dishes you place in the Microwave with
waxed paper or plastic cover during cooking (this prevents splattering).
* Sweep or vacuum as mop.
* Empty the garbage cans and reline them.
2. The bathrooms:
We will clean as indicated above unless you elect to.
3. The bedrooms:
* We will strip the bed and wash the sheets you may strip the
beds but we will wash and make them.
*Please vacuum the area rugs.
* Empty any used garbage cans and reline.
4. The upstairs:
only if you used this area.
* The same as the downstairs bedrooms.
* Vacuum the wall to wall carpet. Vacuum cleaner is in
bedroom #3 closet.
* We will vacuum the stairs if necessary.
* Empty any used garbage cans and reline them.
5. The Living room
and Entry:
* Vacuum all area rugs.
* Be sure to look under the cushions for any items you may
have dropped.
* Empty the garbage cans if necessary and reline.
5. The front and back porches and steps.
* Please sweep.
We supply enough paper products, etc. to get you started. Please use only liquid soap as this cuts down on soap build up. Safeway is at the end of 5th street.
