Our cancellation policy

“Once reserved there is a $100.00 cancellation fee, 45 to 15 days before your reserved time it will cost you $100 to reschedule or $200.00 to cancel,

Within 15 days there are no refunds except for special circumstances.

***Special circumstances beyond your control will be consider and approved or not at my discretion at that time. ***

Our deposit requirements

1. We require a Cleaning and Security Deposit of $250.00 which is fully refundable provided you leave our home as you found it. We will make the beds & vacuum the stairs.

2. Your total reservation deposit is 50% of your rent.

3. C&S plus city tax plus the balance of your rent is due upon arrival.
